What the Job Involves

This role involves leading the development and implementation of transformation initiatives across council services. You will allocate transformation resources in line with strategic priorities, work across a portfolio of complex programmes, and ensure the successful delivery of organisational change. Your duties will include designing programme approaches, managing massive budgets, supporting project managers, engaging stakeholders, and providing strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, ensuring compliance with governance processes, and upholding council commitments to equality and environmental sustainability.
