Who You Are

You are an experienced professional in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment, capable of handling a wide range of customer service interactions. You excel in providing solutions and strive to deliver excellent customer experiences at every touchpoint.

What the job involves

As part of our Contact Centre team, you will manage a high volume of calls from residents, addressing inquiries related to approximately 15 different Council services. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and supportive customer experience, aiming to resolve issues at the first point of contact. The role involves substantial use of back-office systems to process tasks efficiently, requiring you to navigate multiple systems effectively.
