What the Job Involves
You will join a friendly, supportive team as part of our improvement journey following our recent Ofsted inspection. You will be part of a smaller local authority offering hybrid working options. Your role involves making a real difference to the lives of children and young people, working together to make necessary improvements in Children's Social Care Services. You will help shape the future delivery of CSC, supported by a new leadership team, flexible working options, and manageable caseloads.
