You will collaborate with HR colleagues, workforce teams, and managers, focusing on maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in managing workforce and employee records. Key tasks include cleansing and updating establishment lists, validating workforce data, and supporting the identification of critical roles and potential risks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with GDPR and organisation policies while supporting the council's preparation for organisational change.
