You are adaptable and able to deliver services in a dynamic, community-based environment. You have a valid NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and a valid driving license. Understanding diverse social backgrounds and promoting the core values of NCHA are integral to your role.
What the Job Involves
This position requires you to efficiently deliver a customer-focused painting and decorating service, including organizing and carrying out internal and external paintwork. You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, work efficiently to provide value, and coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless service delivery. Performance objectives and targets will guide your work, and you will contribute actively to the team's operations.
