Who You Are
You are an experienced and responsible driver with a commitment to providing excellent customer care and maintaining a safe environment for passengers. You possess a full endorsement-free driving license and have completed relevant training such as manual handling and emergency first aid. You are skilled in working without close supervision and have a background in passenger transportation and working with vulnerable individuals.
What the Job Involves
The role involves executing a variety of passenger transport functions within Fleet Operations. You will be responsible for the safe transportation of passengers, ensuring their welfare and complying with all safety regulations. Duties include vehicle operation, routine documentation, fare collection, and maintaining high cleanliness standards for all vehicles. You will participate in the service planning and deliverance, alert management to any operational concerns, and complete necessary training. The role may require working weekends on a rota basis and providing additional support services as directed.
