Who You Are

This role requires a candidate with some experience in preparing and cooking food, capable of effective communication and aware of procedures related to cleanliness and storage of food. You should have basic English reading skills to complete forms and understand written instructions. An introduction to Food Hygiene training is essential, along with verified photo ID.

What the Job Involves

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in providing the catering service to meet the required standards. This includes covering any shift work for candidates who may not yet have a placement. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to cleanliness and storage protocols for food, food rotation, and maintaining hygiene standards.
