What the Job Involves
This role involves conducting timely assessments of children and families referred to the Assessment Team, ensuring their safety and welfare. You will engage directly with children and families, analyzing risks and identifying necessary interventions. Developing and implementing plans in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals, you will contribute to child protection conferences and court proceedings. Maintaining high-quality case records and adhering to relevant legislation and procedures are also key aspects of this role.
