What the Job Involves
You will provide excellent accommodation services while complying with local risk management controls. Support operational plans to ensure KPIs are met and maximize occupancy and income. Work collaboratively with central services and partners, support efficient site operations, and contribute towards marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with legal obligations, provide exceptional customer service, and support the delivery of "Summer Lets" for student accommodation.
