What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive accommodation-based support service within Camden's Adult and Young People's Pathway. This includes helping service users develop skills for independent living, conducting regular needs assessments, and planning support sessions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote positive housing options and manage risks effectively while maintaining a high standard of service in compliance with the Quality Assessment Framework. The role involves working on a shift rota, including evenings and weekends, within singles hostels in the London Borough of Camden.
