You are organized and efficient, capable of multitasking between administrative tasks and reception duties. You have a solid understanding of legislative, policy, and operational requirements related to Children's Services.
What the Job Involves
This role involves a mix of administrative and reception duties depending on service needs, based in Family Hubs across the borough. Key responsibilities include managing the reception area, supporting families and visitors, conducting health and safety checks, acting as a First Aider and Fire Marshall, providing administrative support like distributing documents, managing ICT and equipment requests, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance in public areas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in data and information system management
- Basic ICT and mobile phone management
- First Aid and Fire Marshal certified
