Who You Are

As a Team Manager of the Child Protection (CP) service, you are an experienced leader passionate about safeguarding children. You possess a deep understanding of child protection protocols and have a proven track record of effectively managing social work teams.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will supervise a team of 5 social workers, overseeing their casework and providing guidance on Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Public Law Outline (PLO) cases. You will ensure that cases are handled with the utmost professionalism while maintaining adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
