You are an experienced Repair Supervisor with a solid background in coordinating multi-trade repair projects. You possess strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team of repair operatives. You are proficient in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling. You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality work and efficient use of materials. You are customer-focused, ensuring responsiveness to internal and external needs while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

What the Job Involves

This role involves supervising a team of repair operatives to achieve high standards of work quality. You will handle complex diagnostics and coordinate repairs affecting multiple properties. Responsibilities include conducting tool box talks, carrying out one-on-one meetings with operatives, and conducting pre and post inspections on tenanted properties. You will manage the void team to ensure timely delivery of voids and attend evening tenant association meetings. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all work activities.
