What the Job Involves
The Operational Support Officer is responsible for providing high-quality operational and administrative support within the Adult Social Care sector. This involves data entry and analysis, record keeping, and customer care through reception duties. You will support meetings by taking minutes and handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, organizing workload priorities, and contributing to the automation of processes. Additionally, you will assist in delivering work projects and ensure compliance with Council policies, including safeguarding practices.
