Who You Are

As an Advanced Practitioner, you are an experienced professional with expertise in managing complex cases, including court work. You demonstrate strong leadership skills by providing guidance and support to both Social Workers and trainees, ensuring best practices in child protection and care.

What the Job Involves

The role involves managing a variety of complex casework related to Child Protection, Child In Need, and Child In Care. You will be part of a duty group responsible for offering support and advice to Level 1 and 2 Social Workers as well as to staff undergoing training. The position also allows for flexible working arrangements, consistent with LCC policy.
